What I Do
Design and development, from a single course to a full catalog.
I design and develop online learning. That means writing objectives, structuring curriculum, building assessment strategy, developing the content, and producing the media. I have done that work directly for fourteen years and I still do it.
I also build what makes it repeatable: templates a new designer can pick up on day one, an accessibility standard that holds across a whole catalog, a review process that keeps quality steady when volume triples. The design work is the craft. The systems are what let that craft hold up across 85 courses instead of one.

Generative AI
Generative AI is part of my daily workflow. I use it to spark ideas, work more efficiently, and design learning experiences that are thoughtful, inclusive, and practical. For me, AI is about asking better questions earlier and making room for stronger outcomes.
I’ve worked with AI tools across text, video, voice, image, music, and interactive design, including:
What matters most is how AI supports real workflows. Used responsibly, it strengthens creativity and decision-making while keeping people at the center.
