About Me<\/p>\n

For the past 14 years, I\u2019ve focused my work in learning and development, designing training that helps people grow skills they can actually apply on the job. I\u2019ve led L&D teams, mentored instructional designers, and collaborated with strategic partners to deliver learning solutions that align with real-world goals.<\/p>\n

My experience spans corporate, higher education, and public sector settings, giving me a strong perspective on how to design learning that supports individuals, teams, and organizations at scale.<\/p>\n
